BOOK REVIEWS
Ron M.; Business owner:

I really like the glossary. It explains a lot of the terms I've heard over and over but never had any idea what they meant.

Ken P.; Business owner/Insurance Consultant:

If I had this book on my desk when I was first starting out, this would be the most read … book. In my expert opinion, it adds a great deal … and makes it a good working tool. People will be going back to the book repeatedly to look up terms rather than reading it and then letting it collect dust on a shelf.

Kris G.; Insurance Company Trainee

“I learned about the types of insurance companies, …about insurance premiums, … and the basic automobile policy.”

Amanda D. ; Insurance Company Trainee

“I think it is full of really good information. (It) …targets what I need to know. I found it helpful and it would be a good book to reference back to.”

Caitlin M.: Insurance Company Trainee

“The first three chapters are really good…because I had no prior knowledge of the history of insurance. Its important to have a sense of other policies… and the chapters I found beneficial were…the Basic Policy Format, the Insurance Premium, …the Automobile Policy, and the General Liability Policy…chapters.

Stephen S.; County Risk Management Department

“The book (is an)...easy read, very understandable, quite informative, excellent reference material.”
